Fruit Fermentation Process


The new fruit fermentation plant was completed in the year 2015 and allows the company to process huge quantity of product during the whole year.

Fruit is discharged inside two tanks, one is dedicated to Williams Pears processing, in order to be milled and mashed. The obtained cider will be sent to the distillation plant for the production of Alcohol, Fruit Distillate and Williams Pear Distillate.
