Distillerie Mazzari is build-up of nr. 4 distillation plants: three continuous and one discontinuous.

Through the continuous processes we obtain Alcohol and Distillate.

The discontinuous one, constituted of four cooper stills, is given to the production of Williams Pear Distillate.
