Natural Tartaric Acid

Distillerie Mazzari is the worldwide leader for the production of Natural Tartaric Acid with an annual output around 11.000 tons.

The sole ingredients used dir the production of tartaric acid are water, Sulphuric Acid and Calcium Tartrate.

The process is divided into the following phases: concentration, crystallization, centrifugation, drying and sieving.

The Natural Tartaric Acid is stored into silos ready to be packed into 25 kg paper bags or big–bags from 500 to 1.500 kg, according to customers’ request.
