Food Alcohol
Distillerie Mazzari produces Ethyl Alcohol of agricultural origin in all its qualitative variations, usable both by the alcoholic beverages industry and by the chemical industry.
Alcohol for food use, also called “neutral”, fully respects the parameters indicated in the “EC Regulation N.110 / 2008” for alcohol products intended for human consumption. This type of alcohol is sold in several markets and it is mostly used as a base for the production of spirits and liqueur wines.
The distillation process is automated and constantly monitored in order to guarantee the personnel safety and to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards.
