“Williams” and Fruit Distillate
Only the best quality fruit is used for the production of Fruit Distillates and Williams Pear Distillate.
The raw materials and the fermentation process are the factors that determine the quality of a fruit distillate. In the temperature-controlled fermentation plant, appropriately selected natural yeasts transform the sugar contained in fruit cider into alcohol.
As per ancient tradition, they are used for the distillation of the Fruit Distillates, only copper stills that enhance the flavours of the distillates, in particular of the “Williams” one.
