“Williams” and Fruit Distillate

Only fruits of high quality are used for the production of Fruit Distillate and Williams Pear Distillate.

The raw material and the fermentation process are the key factors which determine the quality of fruit distillate. In the fermentation plant at controlled temperature the natural yeasts, duly selected, transform the sugar contained in the fruit’s cider into Alcohol.

According to the tradition for the distillation we only use copper stills which enhance the flavours of distillates, in particular of Williams.
