Fruit and Williams pear spirits

For our fruit spirits, we carefully select only the finest quality fruit, paying particular attention to Williams pears, which are prized for their intense aroma and natural delicacy.

When fruit becomes a delicacy


The quality of a distillate is created from excellent raw materials and a fermentation process carried out with precision, in accordance with natural timings. In our temperature-controlled facility, we use selected natural yeasts that slowly convert the sugars in the fruit cider into alcohol, while preserving the fresh, authentic aromas of the fruit.

In keeping with time-honoured tradition, we distil exclusively in copper stills, irreplaceable vessels that have for centuries brought out the aromatic richness and complexity of distillates.

The result is a range of refined spirits, in particular our Williams Pear Spirit, the true jewel in the crown of our production: intense in aroma, elegant in flavour and perfectly balanced on the palate.
