The company extends on an area of 154.000 m2 of which 67.000 m2 are industrials..
The activity consists in the processing of raw materials with alcohol content like wine lees, wine, fruit and tartaric materials.
The company developed over time, being able to put together the respect for tradition and cutting-edge technology.
The production plants are:
- Fruit fermentation plant;
- Distillation plants for the production of Alcohol and Distillate;
- Absolute Alcohol production plant;
- Denatured Alcohol production plant;
- Calcium Tartrate production plant;
- Natural Tartaric Acid production plant;
- Digestion plant with production of biogas;
- Thermoelectric plant for the combined production of steam and electric energy;
- Endothermic engines powered through biogas to produce electric energy and thermal energy.
Our Laboratory of analysis, equipped with cutting-edge technologies, plays a strategic role inside the Company as it is responsible for quality; this is the appropriate word to sum up our philosophy: it means quality for raw materials, semi-finished, finished products and environmental protection.
