From wine lees, we produce food-grade alcohol, industrial alcohol, advanced biofuels and natural tartaric acid.
We distil selected wines to produce food-grade alcohol and fine spirits, and we also process top-quality fruit to produce ethyl alcohol and a refined range of fruit spirits, among which our famous Williams Pear Spirit stands out as a symbol of excellence and craftsmanship.
Over the years, we have grown without losing sight of our roots, combining tradition and innovation at every stage of the production process.

Our commitment to a greener future is reflected in concrete actions: we have built a biomethane production plant, the output of which is fed into the national grid and used for transport, and we have installed a solar power system to generate electricity.
